Gather ye rosebuds while ye may...

I posted a couple of weeks ago about taking the time in a busy and often hectic and exhausting week to do some of the things that I want to do and that really matter. I made a simple cooking spoon and said I would use it and each time remember my resolve to slow down a little and enjoy the scenery.
So here is some of the evidence:
Curry...

...the beginning of a sausage and mushroom casserole...

...and good old Bolognese.

A well used spoon!!

Now, I'm not suggesting for a second that this is a realistic or appropriate decoration for a spoon, but you've got to admit, it looks very pretty.
Spoon with a mullet.
